低功率CO_2激光焊接小静脉的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨激光焊接法吻合小静脉时吻合口变化的情况。方法将20只Wistar鼠双侧颈外静脉分别采用激光焊接吻合及线缝法吻合。测试并观察两种吻合法吻合口平均最大抗张强度及组织学改变。结果术后14天时,激光焊接侧吻合口抗张强度较线缝法侧弱(P<0.05);术后21天时,二者无显著性差异(P>0.05),术后14天时,激光侧血管吻合口内膜已修复,炎症反应轻;线缝侧内膜未修复,炎症反应重。结论激光焊接小静脉同线缝法相比,方法简便省时,吻合口通畅率高,修复快,炎症反应轻。 Objectives To detect the change condition of stoma by laser welding and hand suture postoperativ- ely. Methods Common carotid veins were anastomosed by laser welding and hand suture respectively in 20 Wistar rats. Measured and observed the mean maximal tensile strength and histologic changes of the stoma by two methods. Results At 14th postoperative, there was lower tensile strength in the stoma by laser compared with hand suture (P<0. 05) ; at 21th postoperative, no significant differences in two meth- ods (P>0.05). At 14th postoperative, in laser group the stoma fully repaired and less inflammatory reac- tion; in hand suture group the stoma not repaired and heavily inflammatory reaction. Conclusion com- pared with hand suture laser welding small vein is easier, less operating time, rapid repair and slight in- flammatory reaction.
