摘要
目的探讨pH变化对生物降解植人物50∶50PLA-PGA体外降解的影响。方法通过对50∶50PLA-PGA中添加不同体积的碳酸钙(CC)和碳酸氢钠(SBC),观察其降解过程pH变化及对降解的影响。结果生物材料中加入CC、SBC能代偿降解产物导致的pH值下降,但CC组降解过程明显延缓。结论50∶50PLA-PGA中适当添加SBC,即不影响生物材料的正常降解,又能代偿降解过程pH值的变化,具有明显的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effects of pH control on biodegradable implants of 50:50PLA-PGA in vitro. Methods The variation of pH and degradation characteristics of implants fabricated using 50 : 50 PLA-PGA copolymer by incorporation of calcium carbonate (CC) and sodium bicarbonate (SBC) in dif- ferent volumes were observed. Results The implants fabricated with CC or SBC were successful in con- trolling the decrease in pH due to the acidic degradation production of the implants. However,the degrada- tion of CC group was obviously slow. Conclusion The implants with SBC effectively offset a decrease in pH of degradation products of the copolymer and don't interfere with the normal degradation of the im- plants.
