不同血管活性药物对大鼠阴茎组织一氧化氮合成酶活性变化的影响

Determination of NOS activity during penile erection induced by ICIVAA in rats

摘要 目的观察不同血管活性药物对大鼠阴茎海绵体组织一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)活性变化的影响。方法50只Wistar雄性大鼠,随机分成生理盐水对照组(NS)、乙酰胆碱组(Ach)、罂粟碱组(Papaverine)、前列腺素E_1组(PGE_1)及硝普钠组(SNP),通过双波长分光光度计检测用药后各组中每个阴茎组织NOS活性。结果(1)Ach组中NOS活性明显升高(P<0.001);(2)PGE_1和SNP组NOS活性明显降低(P<0.001);(3)Papaverine组对NOS活性变化无影响(P>0.05)。结论Ach通过升高阴茎组织中NOS活性而使阴茎勃起,而PGE,, SNP和Papaverine诱导阴茎勃起,可能是通过其它途径来实现的。 Objectsive Nitric Oxide Synthase (NOS) activity on the rat penile tissue was determined by using model UV-3000 Shimadzu dual-wavelength recording spectrophotometer, during erection induced by 1CI- VAA. Methods Fifty mature male Wistar rats were randomly selected and consigned to control (NS group) and experiment groups. The experiment groups were again divided into Ach, PGE_1 SNP and Pa- paverine groups. Each group consisted of ten rats. Results The enzymatic activity of penile tissue was significantly increased in the Ach group as compared with the control group (P<0. 001), whereas the ac- tivity was significantly decreased in the PGE, and the SNP groups (P<0. 001). There was no statistical significance between the papaverine group and the control group (P>0. 05). Conclusions Ach increase NOS activity in penile tissue, whereas erection caused by PGE,, SNP and papaverine probably is mediated through another mechanism.
