摘要
目的建立一个类似人类颞下颌关节盘前移位的动物模型。方法用手术方法将兔关节盘前移,井观察其病理变化。结果33只实验动物中,13侧为部分关节盘前移位,关节出现早期退行性变和生理性改建。11侧为完全性关节盘前移位,9侧为关节盘穿孔,关节出现退行性变和严重的骨关节病。结论本实验建立的关节盘前移位动物模型为系统性研究其发病机理奠定了良好的基础。
Objective To establish an animal model of the anterior disc displacement (ADD) of the temporo- mandibular joint (TMJ). Method The disc was surgically displaced anteriorly in one side joint in each of 33 rabbits and the pathological changes were observed. Result The pathological findings demonstrated that the early degenerative and physiologic remodeling changes were found in 13 joints with partial ADD, the degenerative or osteoarthritic changes in 11 joints with complete ADD and 9 joints with perforation. Conclusion This animal model might lay a foundation for studying the pathogenesis of ADD systemati- cally.
