过量L-精氨酸致大鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎模型的制备

Experimental animal model of acute necrotizing pancreatitle induced by excessive does of L-Arginine

目的建立一种操作简单,病理变化典型的大鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)模型。方法在大鼠腹内单次注射过量左旋一精氨酸(500mg/100g大鼠体重),检测其血清淀粉酶,脂肪酶及胰腺病理变化。结果大鼠腹内注射过量左旋精氨酸后,血清淀粉酶,脂肪酶升高.胰腺变性坏死。结论腹内注射过量精氨酸能致大鼠ANP模型制作简单,可复性好。

Objective To established a simple, classical experimental animal model of acute necrotizing pancre- atitis. Method Rats were given a single intraperitoneal injection of 500mg/100g body weight of L-Argi- nine. Blood samples were collected for determination of serum amylase and lipase, and the pancreas were removed for histological examinations. Result The serum amylase and lipases of rats which given L- Arginine were significantly increased, and histological examination revealed that pancreas degeneration and necrosis. Conclusion The administration of excessive doses of arginine induced a simple, reproductive experimental model of ANP.
