急性心肌梗塞墓碑形S-T段抬高的预后

The Prognosis of S-T Elevation of Acute Myocardial Infarction

对１５６例急性心肌梗塞进行临床分析。结果显示墓碑形Ｓ－Ｔ段抬高组ＣＫ值、心梗后心绞痛（ＰＩＡ）、严重心律失常、心衰发生率，以及一周内死亡率较通常式抬高组显著增高。

156 cases of acute myocardial infarction were clinically analysed.The results indicated that compared with the usual elevation,CK value,PIA,serious arrhythmia,cardiac failure incidence as well as the death rate within one week are remarkedly increased at S-T elevation.Therefore,a conclusion can be got that S-T elevation can be used as a reference index for the determination of the poor prognosis of acute myocardial infarction.
