摘要 针对变频调速系统抗负载扰动性能差,在宽范围内调速时非线性数学模型变化的控制效果变差,提出用可编程控制器(PLC)做调节器,形成速度负反馈。采用迭代自学习控制方法,可以逼近期望的轨迹线,并且得到了较好的效果。文中根据误差收敛准则,使用非线性离散系统迭代学习控制算法,证明了PI型迭代学习控制算法的收敛性。简单实用。 The control quality of the normal frequency-conversion speed control system can be affected by the change of the load. Due to its performance, the satisfied effect cannot be obtained when the system is used in the wide range speed control with nonlinear object. In this paper, a PLC is used as a controller, adopting iterative-learning algorithm to track the set value when the property of the object changes periodically. Some practically results are obtained from real application. Based on the criterion of error convergence, the convergence property of the PI series of iterative learning control algorithm in the discrete nonlinear system is validated and the convergence conditions are also developed. A simple and practical application is given.
