摘要 报道了一种为大量快速提取小菜蛾幼虫基因组DNA而改进的CTAB(溴代十六烷基三甲胺)法。研究结果表明,该方法比较简单、经济、有效,提取的基因组DNA完全能够满足PCR等分子生物学的研究分析。 A rapid improved CTAB (cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide) for macro-extraction genomic DNA in the larvae of Plutella xylostella was reported. The method is a simple and efficient protocol for isolation of high molecular genomic DNA from insect. It showed that the resulting DNA is suitable for PCR and other molecular biology analysis.
