Forecast of fire situation and emphasis of fire prevention of 2005 in Beijing

依据北京市近几年的火灾数据资料,计算出近五年的火灾常量值,并加以对比,从中分析出火灾的六大特点:一是电气火灾多,短路是首因;二是死伤人数同期比增幅较大;三是城乡居民住宅火灾仍居首位;四是机动车火灾上升明显;五是放火案件上升,导致人员伤亡严重;六是违章操作呈上升趋势,且违章焊割占比重较大。并有针对性地提出需重点加强的工作。

According to fire statistics information of recent years of Beijing, the author calculates the average cases of certain type of fire, and draws six conclusions from analysis of fire characters, which should be attached importance to. First, electrical fires are still massive, the most course of which is shortcut; second, the death toll will grow up; third, the residence fires will still be the most; fourth, vehicle fires grow fast; fifth, the statistics of arson fatalities goes up; sixth, the fires caused by failing to obey the rules of operation grow fast, especially the electric welding is involved.This article draws conclusion from the statistics information and real fire cases, with no reference books consulted.
