介绍了在德乐公司生产的RH216-I型双面大圆机上编织锦纶盖真丝织物的编织工艺,对编织过程中产生的问题:机顶纱架不便放置锦纶丝、进纱张力波动、缝制过程产生勾丝以及压痕给染色造成条状色柳等问题进行了详细的分析,并给出了相应的解决办法。
This paper introduces the knitting technology of double fabric with nylon face and silk back on RM216-I Type double circular knitting machine made by Terrot Corp., Germany, and analyzes in detail the common problems including inconvenient placement of nylon yarn bobbin on top creel, fluctuation of yarn feeding tension, snag occurrence during sewing process and dye streak defect due to fold marks and puts forward the solving methods
