大豆蛋白纤维及其弹力针织物热湿舒适性研究

A research on the thermal comfort property of soybean fiber knitted elastic fabrics

对大豆氨纶包芯纱、大豆纤维、丙纶纤维、涤纶纤维和腈纶纤维针织物进行了毛细效应、导湿性、透气性及保暖性试验。通过对多项指标综合比较表明:大豆纤维针织物及大豆氨纶包芯纱类弹力针织物有较好的导湿性、透气性和散热性,保暖性较差,是制作健美服和运动衣的理想面料。

A series of experiments including capillary effect, moisture conductivity, permeability and warmth retention property were made to the knitted fabrics of wrapped yarn of polyurethane fiber on soybean fiber, soybean fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyester and acrylic fiber. The results showed that the soybean fiber knitted fabric and the wrapped yarn of polyurethane fiber on soybean fiber knitted elastic fabric bear better moisture conductivity, permeability and heat dispersing property, but worse warmth retention property, which are suitable for production of body-wear and sportswear.
