氢化物-原子荧光法测定酱油中的砷

Determination of Arsenic in Soy by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry

本法采用自动回流消化仪处理样品,在标准溶液中加入相同量的氯化钠以消除盐份基体效应,氢化物-原子荧光法测定酱油中的微量砷。方法简单,结果可靠,方法的测定线性范围3.0～100μg/L,检出限为1.6μg/L,相对标准偏差为3.62%。

A method has been studied for the determination of trace Arsenic in soy by HG-AFS. The sample is digested with auto-reflux digester,The interference from matrix component of soy could be eliminated by adding equal NaCl in standard solution.The method is convenient and reliable,The linear range of the method is from3.0-100μg/L and the detection limit is 1.6μg/L of Arsenic,The RSD of this method is 3.62%.
