摘要
针对产品功能的结构表达及其计算机形式化问题,提出了基于广义有向图的产品功能描述及其建模方法,为实现功能模块的定量划分奠定基础.基于功能表达的信息流理论和传统图论中的有向图,以向量表示功能节点的边,以向量元素表示功能节点之间的流类型,扩展定义了广义链、广义可达性、广义邻接矩阵,进而形成广义有向图的完备概念,利用广义邻接矩阵作为产品功能结构模型的计算机形式化表达.以摩托车盘式制动器的功能建模为例说明了该方法的有效性.
To overcome the bottleneck of computational expression of product's function structure, a generalized directed graph based method for product function description and modelling was put forward. Based on the flow theory of function expression and the traditional directed graph theory, vectors were used to denote the edges between function vertexes, and the elements of the vectors to denote the flow types between function vertexes, so generalized chain and generalized reachability and generalized adjacent matrix were defined, all of which formed the concept of generalized directed graph. The product's function structure was formalized by generalized adjacent matrix. As an example, the function modelling of a motor disk brake proved the applicability and effectiveness of the method. The generalized directed graph of product's function structure is basis for quantitative method of module partition.
