Objective: To extract and determine the compositions and relative amount of steride in Rhizoma Phragmitis. Method: The gas chromatography time of flight mass spectrography(GC TOFMS) was employed. Result: Four steroids (1,2,3,4) were found in the extracts of Rhizoma Phragmitis. Conclusion: This work has guiding significances for structural analysis of components and clinically choosing medicine.
