摘要
以茶为研究材料,用水培法设置4个铝浓度处理,研究不同浓度的铝处理对茶树根系生理的影响。对根系活力,质膜透性,丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化物酶活性的研究表明,10mg·L-1和50mg·L-1的铝浓度处理对茶树根系生理具有较好的促进作用,品种之间根系活性也存在差异。
The effects of Aluminum (Al) on tea root physiological system under different Al treatment (0,10,50,100mg·L-1) were studied in this paper. From the study of root system activity.membrance permeability,MDA content and POD activity. we got the result that 10 mg·L-1 and 50 mg·L-1 could increase root system activities.In addition,Al had some different effects on the root system between the two varieties.
