摘要
对鄂莲1号、鄂莲2号、鄂莲3号、鄂莲4号、鄂莲5号5个不同品种莲藕进行同一生长期,同一品种不同部位酶的活性进行研究,结果表明:荷叶和莲藕(地下茎)藕节中PPO的活性最高,藕节的果胶酶活性最高,中截部分的过氧化氢酶活性明显高于其他部位。
In this paper,the PPO?pectinase?catalase activities in different parts of E-lian No.1 E-lian No.2 E-lian No.3 E-lian No.4 E-lian No.5 are studied in the same growth period. The PPO activities of Lotus leaf and joint of root are higher than other parts; pectinase activityof joint of lotus root and catalase activity of middle part of lotus root are also higher than other parts.
