摘要
分析我院1975～1991年经病理证实的卒中型脑肿瘤62例,占同期住院的脑肿瘤1761例的3.5%.根据临床症状分为脑缺血型(29例)、脑出血型(20例)与蛛网膜下腔出血型(13例).肿瘤性质以胶质母细胞瘤、转移瘤和脑膜瘤多见.EEG与脑CT有助于与急性脑血管病相鉴别.
62 hospitalized cases of cerebral tumors of apoplectiform onset from 1975 to 1991 were reported. These accounted for 3. 5% of all the hospitalized cases of cerebral tumors. They were classified into three types clinically:cerebral ischemic type(29 cases),cerebral hemorrhagic type (20 cases)and subarachnoid hemorrhagic type (13 cases). Pathologically ,the majority of tumors were glioblastoma, metastatic tumors and meningiama. Hypertension, headaches epileptic attacks, dynamic changes of cerebrospinal fluid,EEG and CT are helpful in the differentiation from acute cerebral vascular diseases.
