摘要
通过对西北地区近10年竞技体育发展战略的研究,确立总的战略思想和战略目标,根据其特点,提出符合地区特点的优势项目、重点项目、一般项目和发展项目以及项目布局和战略对策。
since our country puts forward the strategic decieions of the great development of west China, the competitive sports of northwest China has been got great development.On the base of analysis of the competitive sports northwest of China for the years,the authors bring forth confidence for future. The study of progress strategy of the competitive sports in northwest China is going on,they definite the strategic thinking and the strategic offect and set forth superiority projects,priority ,projects gereral projects and developiment profects fitting for their region characteristics. They also set forth overall arrangement of the project and strategic countermeasure.
