摘要
文章对陀螺电动机的可靠性进行了定性分析和定量计算,通过轴承的改进、定子绕组的优化和磁钢加工方法的改进等措施,使电动机的平均故障间隔时间提高为20489h。试验和应用证明这些措施对提高电动机的可靠性是有效的。
The reliability of gyro motor by qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation are analyzed in this paper.The MTBF of gyro motor is increased to 20 489 h by improving bearing,optimizing stator winding and improving method of alnico making. Experiment and application show the proposed method is very effective to improve the reliability of gyro motor.
