摘要 宁波国际会议展览中心主展厅大跨度屋盖支承条件复杂,风荷载效应显著。通过风洞试验确定屋盖的风压分布情况,在网壳结构的部分钢管中填充混凝土以平衡部分风吸力。采用抗震球形钢支座克服支座相对位移对屋盖结构产生的影响。小展厅和东、西展厅大跨度屋盖采用了主、次空间管桁架结构体系,在展厅中部设置了四肢钢管组合柱,从而有效地减小了屋盖的跨度与高度。为了适应大跨度屋面温度变形的要求,采用了滑板式聚四氟乙烯橡胶支座。 The supporting conditions for the large span roof of Main Hall in Ningbo International Conference & Exhibition Center are very complicated, and the response of the structure subjected to wind loads is significant. The distribution of wind pressure on the roof is determined by wind tunnel approach. The method that the hollow sections of structural members are filled with concrete for counteracting a part of up-ward wind forces is innovated and presented. Special bearing-devices are adopted for overcoming differential displacements between the bearings that are fixed on the tops of the five independent buildings and several cantilever columns extended from ground level. The spatial trusses using hollow section steel are introduced at the roofing structures of Small Hall, Eastern Hall, and West Hall. The trapezoid and triangle cross-sections are used for the main trusses and sub-trusses respectively. Built-up columns that consist of four-steel pipes, batten beams and diagonal cable bracings are arranged at the interior of the exhibition halls for reducing span of the roof structures so that it can have much lower material cost compared to without interior columns. For satisfying the requirement of thermal deformation on the large-span roofs, the bearings that consist of rubber-bonded-to-metal pads and Teflon-sliders are applied properly.
