摘要
目的掌握家蝇抗性动态变化,为控制抗性的发生与发展提供科学依据。方法微量点滴法。结果绍兴市区家蝇对敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、顺式氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、胺菊酯的LD50依次分别为1.1886,0.0350,0.0580,0.0827,0.0927,0.4890μg/只,与1981~1983年全省测定结果相比分别提高11.22,50.00,23.20,32.12,10.30,2.09倍。结论绍兴市区家蝇对敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯、顺式氯氰菊酯已产生很高抗性,但对敌敌畏、氯菊酯的抗性发展相对缓慢。实施综合治理、合理用药,可抑制和延缓抗性发展。
Objective To find out the dynamic resistance of Musca domestica and provide the scientific evidence for controlling its appearance and development .Methods Topical application method was used .Results In Shaoxing city area,LD_(50 )of DDVP, deltamethrin, high effect cypermethrin, alphcypermethrin, permethrin,tetramethrin were 1.188 6,0.035 0,0.058 0,0.082 7,0.092 7,0.489 0(μg/insect) respectively.Compared with the data of LD_(50 )in 1981~1983,the resistance increased 11.22,50.00,23.20,32.12,10.30,2.09 times respectively. Conclusion Musca domestica had high resistance to DDVP,deltamethrin,alphcypermethrin,but the resistance to DDVP, permethrin had increased rather slow. It was indicated that the integrated management and rational employment of insecticides could restrain and delay the resistance development of Musca domestica .
