灭蚊磁场诱捕蚊虫效果研究

Efficacy of mosquito magnet on trapping mosquito

目的观察灭蚊磁场诱捕蚊虫效果,为蚊虫密度监测提供依据。方法在市区一居民大院及市郊一度假村各放置一台灭蚊磁场,在不同时间观察所诱捕蚊虫数量、种类及性别,同时采用人工小时法及诱蚊箱法同步进行蚊虫密度监测。结果在监测时段内共诱捕蚊虫1596只,其中致乏库蚊、白纹伊蚊、中华按蚊分别占91.1%,4.9%,2.2%;蚊虫雌雄比为9.2∶1。结论灭蚊磁场对多种蚊虫有良好的连续诱捕效果,是监测蚊虫密度较理想的工具。

Objective To study on the trapping efficacy of mosquito magnet, and provide methods for surveying density of mosquito. Methods Putting a suit of mosquito magnet outdoors in an uptown and an outskirt resort respectively,to study on the number, variety and sex ratio of trapped mosquito at different time,and comparing it with mosquito-trapping box and man-hour method at the same time.Results During the experience,there were 1 596 pieces of mosquitoes in mosquito magnet totally,including Culex pipiens fatigans(91.1%),Aedes albopictus(4.9%),Anopheles sinensis(2.2%).And female to male sex ratio was 9.2∶1.Conclusion Mosquito magnet had a continuously good effect on trapping mosquito.It was a suitable tool for surveying density of mosquito.
