连环杀蟑饵剂的药效研究

目的研究两种能客观评价杀蟑饵剂连环杀蟑效果的方法。方法采用方箱法和模拟现场法进行试验。结果在充分提供食物和水的情况下检测出几种连环杀蟑饵剂的连环杀蟑率最高为100%,最低为0。结论方箱法能快速检验饵剂的连环杀蟑效果,模拟现场法能更客观的评价饵剂的连环杀蟑效果。

Objective To study on two methods for the efficacy testing of chain killing bait. Methods Taking methods of quadrate box and simulating house. Results Efficacy of several chain killing bait were from 0 to 100% . Conclusion It could test chain killing rate of cockroaches quickly using quadrate box, while simulating house could evaluate the chain killing efficacy against cockroaches externally.
