摘要
目的调查揭阳市城区白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,为合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法采用WHO生物测试法,计算LC50。结果揭阳市城区白纹伊蚊对马拉硫磷、敌敌畏、仲丁威、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯等杀虫剂的抗药性指数分别为1.37,1.89,1.78,2.40和3.26。结论揭阳市城区白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯等杀虫剂已产生低抗药性,在防治时应适当选用敏感药物。
Objective To evaluate the susceptibility of Aedes albopictus to 5 common used chemical insecticides in Jieyang city. Methods WHO standard bioassay method was applied in laboratory. Results The resistance index of Aedes albopictus to malathion,dichlorovos,fenobcarb,deltamethrin and permethrin were 1.37,1.89,1.78, 2.40 and 3.26 respectively in Jieyang urban areas. Conclusion The results showed that Aedes albopictus had become low resistance to deltamethrin and permethrin.It’s necessary to select sensitive insecticides when controlling mosquitoes.
