Over 20% Growth in Imports and Exports by Conventional Trade in the First 2 Months

According to statistics of Customs General Administration of PRC, in the first 2 months in 2005, total imports and exports of China amounted to US$179.46 billion, up by 21.7%compared with the same period of last year. Of which exports were US$95.28 billion and importsUS$84.18 billion, up by 36.6% and 8.3% respectively. And trade surplus reached US＄ 11.1 billion.
