Social Justice: the Internal Precondition of the View of Scientific Development

社会公正是人们对社会秩序、结构认同的基本条件,而人们对社会公正内涵的认识是随着其生产能力的提高而不断丰富和发展的。社会公正成为现代社会发展的必然的内在前提。我国改革的成就隐含着社会公正的缺失,其原因在于对发展的观念理解方面。科学发展观体现了一种新的发展理念,它是以“人”的发展为最终目的的,它的必然的内在前提是社会公正。

Social justice is the basic condition for people to identify with the social order and the structure. People's cognition on the connotation of social justices will enrich and develop with the improvement of throughput. Social justice is now becoming the inexorable internal precondition for the development of modern society. The achievement of China's reform conceal the lost of social justice, which results from the misunderstanding of the concept of development. The view of scientific development, whose final aim is the development of human and whose inexorable precondition is social justice, shows a new concept of development
