摘要
本文介绍氨基酸消耗试验方法，并与BT－PABA法，手术病理结果对照，对正常人、胆石者，胰腺病者进行比较，评价了该法对国人胰腺疾病的诊断价值，发现该法的敏感性（84．5％），特异性（94．5％），准确性（92．0％）均高于BT－PABA试验。
The method of amino acid consumption test was intoduced and its validity in diagnosis of pancreatic insufficiency at home was compared with that of BT-PABA test. It is found that this test has higher diagnostic value to pancreatic insufficiency than BT-PABA test, Its sensitivity, Specificity and accuracy was 84. 5%, 94. 5%and 92%respectively.
