The research on international and domestic industry informations frequently is benefit for the decision and development of the industry and enterprise. This article, based on latest information, focuses on the latest development of former G.E. company, De Beers company, and the enterprises in Russia. And also it includes the discussion on present status of large press, small press and belt type press, as well as international research direction of big monocrystalline diamond grains. Moreover, the related technical issues to be noted now and in near future, like equipment, catalyst, graphite, pressure transmitting medium and so on, are raised and widely discussed. In addition, market competition issue is covered as well. The paper ends with twelve instructions and six sentences, which play important role for getting good quality and high yied diamond.
