复方硝酸溶液治疗尖锐湿疣30例

Treatment of 30 Cases of Condyloma Acuminatum with Compound Nitric Acid Solution

目的评价复方硝酸溶液治疗外生殖器尖锐湿疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法尖锐湿疣患者65例,分为治疗组30例,对照组35例。治疗组采用复方硝酸溶液局部外涂,1周1次,疗程3周;对照组采用二氧化碳(CO2)激光治疗。随访3个月以观察复发率。结果治疗组治愈率90.0%,有效率96.7%,复发2例,复发率6.7%;对照组治愈率91.4%,有效率100.0%,复发9例,复发率25.7%。两组疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应包括红斑、灼热、疼痛、水疱等局部炎症反应,无全身不良反应。结论复方硝酸溶液治疗外生殖器尖锐湿疣疗效较好,安全性好,复发率低,使用简单、方便。

Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficiency and safety rate of compound nitric acid solution in the topical treatment of condyloma acuminatum(CA) of the external genitalia. Methods 65 patients of both sexes with CA of the external genetalia were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=35). For patients of the treatment group (17 males and 13 females), compound nitric acid solution was topically smeared onto the warts once a week. The course of treatment lasted 3 weeks. Patients of the control group (17 males and 18 females) were submitted to CO 2 laser therapy. Patients whose warts had been cleared up completely were followed up for three months for surveying recurrence. Results The cure rates were 90.0% and 91.4%,while the effective rates were 96.7% and 100.0% in patients of the treatment group and control group ,respectively(P>0.05).2 patients of the treatment group and 9 patients of the control group manifested recurrence, the recurrence rates being 6.7% and 25.7%, respectively (P<0.05).Adverse reactions in patients of the treatment group included erythema,edema,burning sensation ,pain ,vesicles and bloody blisters .However ,no systemic adverse reactions were encountered in patients of both groups . Conclusion Topical application of compound nitric acid solution was shown to be a safe, fairly effective and convenient therapeutic measure in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum and the recurrence rate was low.
