急性有机磷中毒患者血清心肌酶谱分析

Analysis on the Serum Myocardium Zymogram of the Acute Organophosphorus- poisoned Patients

目的通过检测有机磷中毒(AOIP)患者血清心肌酶谱,探讨患者心肌酶变化的临床意义。方法用美国生产的杜邦全自动生化分析仪检测了116例AOIP患者和50例健康对照组心肌酶谱水平。结果患者心肌酶显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论定期检测患者心肌酶谱对于临床治疗、观察愈后具有重要意义。

To explore the clinical significance of the changes of the patients' myocardium zymogram through testing the serum myocardium zymogram of the acute organophosphorus-poisoned Patients. 116 organophosphorus-poisoned patients and 50 healthy people were examined on their myocardium zymogram level with the automatic biochemistry analyzer made in USA.The myocardium zymogram level of the case group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).[Conclusion]Regular examination on the patients' myocardium zymogram level is quite significant for clinical treatment and observation after recovery.
