摘要
通过对淮北发电厂2003年四管泄漏资料的统计,分析了四管泄漏的主要原因,提出了相应的防范措施。2004年四管泄漏问题得到了有效控制,但仍存在一些问题,如由超温过热而引发爆管的次数和焊接缺陷导致的爆管次数仍然很高。
On the basis of the statistics of four tubes' leakage data in 2003 in Huaibei Power Plant,the main causes of four tubes' leakages were analyzed and the corres ponding prevention measures were put forward. The four tubes' leakage problems have been effectively controlled since 2004,but some problems still exist now,for example,the times of tube bursting arising from overheating and the times of tube bursting arising from welding defects are still very high.
