摘要
提出了一种新的实时数据压缩和重构算法。算法采用基于提升格式的线性整数变换小波双正交滤波器组合哈夫曼编码方法对电力系统的实时数据进行压缩和解压缩,并利用实测数据对算法进行验证。实验结果表明该算法所耗时间短,数据压缩倍数提高到接近9 倍,是一种有效的数据压缩和重构方法,尤其适用于电网动态监测系统连续记录数据的实时压缩和去噪。
In this paper, a data compression and reconstruction method of power system is proposed. Data are compressed and reconstructed by novel biorthogona filters based on linear WT of lifting scheme, and Huffman coding approach. The field data are used to test the method. The experiment proved that the method is valid with a less processing time and as high as about 9 times of compression ratio. This method is suitable to the real-time compression of mass data recorded continuously by dynamic monitoring devices of power system.
