单级不间断高功率因数直流开关电源研究 被引量:7

摘要 该文提出了一类基于反激变换器的单级不间断高功率因数直流开关电源电路结构与拓扑族。这类直流开关电源电路结构,由二极管整流桥与多功能反激直流变换器构成,实现了不间断供电、功率因数校正、输出直流电压的稳定与调节。深入分析研究了这类变换器的三种工作模式、稳态原理与关键电路参数设计准则。试验结果表明,这类直流开关电源具有拓扑简洁、变换效率高、功率密度高、不间断供电、功率因数高、输出直流电压稳定、成本低等优点,在计算机、通信、医疗等电子设备中具有广泛的应用前景。 Novel circuit structure and topologies of single-stage DC switching power supplies with uninterruptible power supply and high power factor, based on flyback converter, are proposed. The circuit structure with power factor correction, uninterruptible power supply, and dc output voltage's regulation, is constituted of full-bridge rectifier and multifunction integrated dc/dc converter. The three operational modes, steady principle, and design criterion of key circuit parameters are presented. Test results demonstrate that the converter has some advantages, such as simple topology, high power density, high conversion efficiency, and high power factor, uninterruptible power supply, low cost. These converters can be used application field in the telecom and computer industry.
