摘要
交流稳磁是极化磁系统设计、生产过程中常用的一种永久磁铁人工时效处理方法,而永磁回复线起始点又是极化磁系统设计及分析的基础。文中在具体分析交流稳磁原理的基础上,将实际操作过程中的交流问题转换为直流问题分析,并用ANSYS软件对极化磁系统交流稳磁过程进行虚拟设计,实际模拟永久磁铁、导磁体等铁磁性物质及相邻空气在一定交流稳磁参数作用下的情况,得到各有限元单元的特征参数后,经相应数据处理得到满足工程需要要求的永磁回复线起始点。
AC stabilizing magnet method is a common manual permanent magnet aging method in the process of designing and producing polarized magnetic system. The reversion line’s starting point of permanent magnet is the design and analysis foundation of polarized magnetic system. On the basis of analyzing the principle of AC stabilizing magnet and converting AC problem in the virtual operation process into DC problem, the AC stabilizing magnet of polarized magnetic system was designed virtually by ANSYS software. Through simulating the circumstances of permanent magnet, magnetizer, other ferromagnetism substance and adjacent atmosphere with some AC stabilizing magnet parameters, the characteristic parameters of finite element’s unit were gotten. Then the permanent magnet reversion line’s starting point that meets the engineering demand was determined by corresponding data processing.
