摘要
本文首先从历史的角度分析了IP电信网的概念,然后对IP分组交换与电路交换的特点进行了分析,说明了两种交换技术的特点,再通过对IP电信网几种实现思路的分析,指出目前的IP网络必须经过适当的改造才能够满足电信网的要求,并给出了几种改造的思路。然后从运营的角度,进一步验证了本文的想法。对于基于IP电信网开展电信业务的运营模式本文也给出了一些建议。
The concept of IP telecomm network is analyzed from history view first, the main difference between packet switching and circuit switching is then put out, which indicates the unique merit of the circuit switching. Through the investigation of several ways towards the IP telecomm network, it is expressed that IP network must be modified to some extent to fulfill the telecomm requirement, then with some solutions. Some experience from carrying out the network testifies the thinking above. Some suggestion is also provided to help build new carrying model for carriers.
