节水农业运行机制的建立是保证节水农业健康、快速和持续发展的关键要素之一。阐述了节水农业运行机制的内涵与作用,提出了节水农业运行机制主要由节水农业投入机制、节水农业宏观调控机制、节水补偿机制、水市场运行机制组成,并给出了各机制的主要内容。

Establish operating mechanisms of the water-saving agriculture is one of the important factors to develop it in the way of healthy、quick and permanent. This paper discusses connotation and function about water-saving agricultural operating mechanisms, and advances that water-saving agricultural operating mechanisms be composed of water-saving agricultural investing mechanisms、macro-control mechanisms、water-saving compensation mechanisms、water resources market operating mechanisms, and gives the main contents.
