摘要
讨论了气道三维扫描和造型的方法,详细介绍了利用3DSCAN扫描仪对气道进行三维扫描和利用Imageware软件进行造型的步骤,指出了造型过程的要点。最后,生成了气道的快速成型加工模型,并加工出气道芯盒。
The methods of three dimensional scan and modeling for t he port are discussed in this paper. The scanning steps using 3D SCAN scanner and the modeling steps using Imagewarer software are introduced in detail. The main points in the processes of the modeling are presented. The port model for rapid prototyping is created, and the core box of the port is made.
