摘要 在Lyocell桃皮绒织物的常规工艺试验中,采用溢流喷射染色机进行处理,比较不同条件处理后织物的物理机械性能和表面绒毛情况,分别确定了初级原纤化、酶处理、次级原纤化的工艺参数。在磨毛工艺试验中,采用自制磨毛装置处理Lyocell织物,确定了获得桃皮绒效果的工艺流程。在织物桃皮绒效果的评价上,建立了用显微镜观察织物表面并采集图像进行人工统计分析的方法。 In order to impart a peach-skin effect to the pure Lyocell fabric, two different processing methods have been studied. The traditional processing of peach-skin Lyocell fabric includes three stages, primary fibrillation, cellulase defibrillation and secondary fibrillation. In the traditional process, the influences of processing parameters on the physical properties and the surface fibrils of Lyocell fabrics were analyzed, and a suitable technology was determined to achieve a good peach skin effect. On the other hand, a lab-made sanding equipment was used to treat Lyocell fabrics, and the suitable parameters of the procedure were also determined. A method has been developed to evaluate the peach skin effect by statistically analyzing the fabric photographs captured by the microscope.
