减少染品色差的关键在于对生产全过程进行严格监控,即对坯布、染料、助剂等原材料严格管理,抓好打样和制订合理的染色配方;注意前处理批次质量对染色的影响;重点控制染色过程的管理,包括称料、染色浴比、升降温过程及水洗等,严把对色质量关;注意后整理的不均匀性对成品色泽的影响。

The various factors affecting color difference were discussed and their solutions were presented. The key points to reduce color difference were as follows: strict control of whole process, strict management of grey cloth, dye, and auxiliary, sampling and reasonable formula of dyeing, batch quality of pretreatment, dyeing process control including weighing, liquor ratio, heating and cooling, and washing, as well as influence of unevenness of after treatment to the color of products etc.
