摘要
目的:观察芝麻素散剂的抗衰老作用。方法:果蝇寿命实验,观察含不同浓度芝麻素培养基中生长的果蝇生存时间,计算平均寿命、平均最高寿命和半数死亡时间;抗氧化实验,给予不同剂量芝麻素30 d后测定老龄小鼠血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性;同时观察芝麻素散剂对阳虚小鼠体重、体温及低温游泳存活时间的影响及其对脾虚模型小鼠耐寒及耐疲劳能力的影响。结果:与对照组比较,芝麻素散剂能明显降低老龄小鼠血清MDA含量,可保持阳虚证动物的体温,明显延长小鼠低温游泳的存活时间,亦能显著延长脾虚小鼠在低温条件下的生存时间和负重游泳时间,但对老龄小鼠血清SOD活性和果蝇平均寿命及平均最高寿命均无明显影响。结论:芝麻素散剂具有抗应激和抗氧化作用,但没有延长果蝇寿命的作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-aging effects of Seamin powders. Methods In anti-oxidation test, malondialdehyde (MDA) content , total superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in serum from mice treated with various doses of Seamin powders were detected; in drosophila melanogaster survival test, survival time of drosophila melanogaster fed on media containing various concentrations of Seamin powders were observed and recorded, and average life span, average maximum life span and median death time were counted. At the same time, the effects of Seamin powders on body weight, temperature and survival time of swimming in cold water in yang-deficiency mice, the abilities of anti-tired and cold-resistant in spleen-hypofunction mice were observed. Results Seamin powders could significantly reduce serum MDA content in aged mice, keep body temperature and prolong the survival time of swimming in cold water in yang-deficiency mice and also extend the survival and swimming time in spleen-hypofunction mice. But it had no prominent effects on SOD activity in serum of aged mice and the average life span and average maximum life span of drosophila melanogaster. Conclusion Seamin powders have the effects of anti-oxidation, anti-stress, but have no function of prolong the life span in drosophila melanogaster.
