Expressions of serious differentiation antigens of immune cells in systemic lupus erythematosus patients

摘要 目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SL E)患者疾病活动期和非活动期各种免疫细胞系列分化抗原表达的变化。方法:采用直接和间接免疫荧光法流式细胞术研究SL E患者疾病不同时期外周血T、B、NK及粒、浆细胞系列分化抗原18种CD分子的表达情况。结果:SL E患者疾病活动期外周血CD2、CD3、CD4、CD4 5 RA、CD5 6、CD89表达下调;CD8、CD10、CD2 3、CD2 5、CD2 9、CD138表达上调,特别是CD2 9明显上升;CD19、CD2 0、CD2 1、m Ig D、m Ig M、m Ig G表达与正常组比较差异无显著性。疾病非活动期仅有CD3、CD4、CD2 3、CD2 5、CD2 9、CD4 5 RA、CD89尚未恢复正常。患者血尿与CD89水平呈负相关,治疗前、后相关系数分别为- 0 .5 82 1和- 0 .794 8。结论:SL E患者T、B、NK、粒、浆细胞分化抗原的表达均有异常,特别是疾病活动期患者。 Objective To study the expressions of immune cell differentiation antigens in patients with active and inactive stages of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods The expressions of T, B, NK, plasma and neutrophil cell differentiation antigens were studied with 18 kinds of monoclonal antibodies using indirect and direct immunofluorescence technique by cytometry from 30 normal controls and 43 SLE patients. Results The expressions of CD2, CD3, CD4, CD45RA, CD56, CD89 on immune cells were down-regulated in active stage of SLE; while the expressions of CD8, CD10, CD23, CD25, CD29, CD138 were up-regulated; other cell expressions showed no significant differences from normal control. In inactive stage the expressions of some cells reached normal except CD3, CD4, CD23, CD25, CD29, CD45RA, and CD89. The CD89 level in patients with active SLE was negatively correlated with the extent of hematuria,the correlation coefficients before and after therapy were -0.5821 and -0.7948, respectively.Conclusion The expressions of T, B, NK, plasma and neutrophil differentiation antigens are abnormal in SLE patients, especially in active stage of disease.
