金钠多治疗冠心病疗效观察

Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease treated by Ginaton

目的 观察金钠多注射液对冠心病(CHD)的疗效。方法 病人分为金钠多治疗组(44例)和复方丹参对照组(30例) ,治疗前后检测患者心电图、心功能、微循环、血液流变学等指标。结果 两组病人治疗后症状、体征及上述各项指标均有明显改善(P <0 .0 5～0 .0 1) ,但金钠多治疗组明显优于复方丹参对照组(P <0 .0 1)。结论 金钠多注射液对冠心病有明显疗效,比复方丹参疗效佳。

Objective To observe efficacy of Ginaton injection on patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The patients were divided into two groups,there were 44 cases treated by Ginaton injection,30 cases as control group treated by Tanshion CO.injection.They were measured relevand parameters of clctrocardiography,heart function, microciraulation and hemorheology.Results The clinical symptoms and above-mentioned parameters of all patients were considerably improved(0.01<P<0.05),but the group of Ginaton was significantly superior to the group of Tanshion Co injection(P<0.01).Conclusion Ginaton injection is remarkbly effective in treating CHD and superior to Tanshion Co injection.
