Exploitations on Rainwater Utilization in Urban Areas

陕西省雨水利用成效显著,但城市雨水利用尚未启动。以西安市为实例,从城市雨水危害、以排为主的传统治水思路、水资源浪费情况等方面进行综合分析,提出城市雨水利用应与发展“大水大绿”工程、改造人防工程等相结合的一系列建议。

Rainwater use in Shanxi Province achieved a remarkable result, but rainwater use in urban areas has not been lunched. Taking Xian as an example, the author make a comprehensive analysis on rain water waste as well as how to change the traditional thinking of regarding rainwater as harm and used to focus on drainage. A series of suggestions are raised, such as using rainwater for developing 'rainwater for green' project and rehabilitation of civil defense infrastructures.
