摘要
分析在无Swan-Ganz导管条件下,对25例重度肺动脉高压症患者成功地实行室间隔缺损修补术围术期处理经验,认为良好手术效果的获得与下列因素有关:(1)术前患者充分地思想准备,全身情况最大程度的改善,周密的手术计划;(2)术中良好的心肌保护和呼吸管理,循环稳定;(3)术后严密监测生命体征,加强循环和呼吸的支持疗法,重视机械通气及激素治疗.
Under cardiopulmohary bypass, neoplaisty of ventricular srptal defect was successfully performed on 25 severe pulmonary hypertension patients Without Swan—Ganz Tube .having only 8% mortality. The following relevent factors may Be consideved to contribute to the good results. (1)a good preoperatlion mental condition an maximum improvement, and a Well—conceived plan before operation; (2) a fine myocardial protection, a fine administration of respiration and a stalole circulation; (3) keeping close Watch over vital signs, strengthening supporttherapy of circutatory and respiratory system, taleing great view of mechanical venti-laticn and hormonic treatment during postoperation period.
