华南华北地区建筑节能改造分析比较 被引量:3

摘要 采用DOE2动态冷热负荷模拟计算软件对华北地区及南方地区既有建筑节能改造前后的全年建筑能耗进行了分析,提出了华北地区既有建筑节能改造节能效益分析的新观点,即华北地区既有建筑节能改造要分析冬夏两季的全年综合节能效益,同时应计入热源和电力建设初投资费用的节省,这对推动我国华北地区既有建筑的节能改造具有积极意义。并对南北方既有建筑节能改造进行了对比和可行性分析。 The energy consumption of residential building in north china and southern region was analyzed adopting dynamic building energy simulation software DOE-2 program.The new viewpoint on the energy saving analysis of the existing dwelling in north China region was put forward.Namely,in analyzing the energy saving of the existing dwelling in north China region should combine hot summer with cold winter,at the same time should account into the saving of the beginning investment of the hot source and electric power.Also it is carrying on the contrast and viability assessments on the energy saving of the existing dwelling between north and southern region.
