摘要
模糊数学与统计分析相结合的方法,作为医学计量诊断的一种常用方法,在医学辅助诊断中有着广泛的应用。本文介绍了模糊数学及统计分析的有关内容,并以此建立医学疾病辅助诊断模型。结合实例分析,对西南医院消化内科收集的148例胃病患者,在模糊聚类分析的基础上,应用逐步判别分析方法建立判别函数,依此对患者进行预测诊断。在对所收集的100例原始病例所做的回代验证中,诊断符合率达96.8%,在对另外的48例患者的预测诊断中,符合率也达到了91.7%,取得了良好的效果,从而完成了一个医学疾病诊断专家系统的研制。该系统采用VISUALBASIC语言进行开发,整个诊断过程在计算机上实现,该程序人机界面友好,操作简单,在使用中取得了令人满意的效果。
Fuzzy cluster analysis,with the combination of fuzzy moths and statist ical analysis are widely used in the quantities medicine diagnose.This article i ntroduces the related elementary contents of Fuzzy moths method and statistical analysis.Based on it, we developed a model. According to the analysis of 148 cas es of stomach cancer and the others stomach diseases, which are collected by the digesting department of Xenon Hospital. According to the rules of Fuzzy Cluster Analysis, we found discriminate function by using the stepwise discriminatory a nalysis program, then used it to predict and diagnosis the diseases of stomach p atients. It produces appropriate diagnosis about 96.8% in the retrospective test of the 100 cases we collected. In the following practical use, it produces appr opriate diagnosis about 91.7%,based on the above work,we develop a computer aide d medical differential diagnosis system. The system is designed in VB program l anguage, the whole process is finished in the computer, the interface is friendl y and confinement, and all these demonstrate this system is effective and practi cal.
