CT仿真血管镜对动脉硬化症诊断价值的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨CT仿真血管镜对动脉硬化症的诊断价值。方法:31例动脉硬化症患者及30例正常人行多层螺旋CT扫描,将所有的CT图像进行低对比薄层重建,然后将重建图像导入CT3D工作站,用软件CT仿真内窥镜、多平面成像、最大密度投影、容积成像技术进行图像后处理,并就正常血管及病变血管在CT仿真血管镜中的改变进行分析和记录。结果:61例均成功地进行了CT仿真血管镜成像,31例动脉硬化症患者病变血管中,血管壁钙化29例88处,血管内壁不规则及增厚28例,血管狭窄28例,动脉硬化斑块17例56处;正常人组的仿真血管镜图像为血管壁光滑,管腔无狭窄。12例动脉硬化患者行血管造影术,检查结果与CT仿真血管镜成像相似。结论:多层螺旋CT仿真血管镜可以作为诊断动脉硬化症的一种无创技术。 Objective:To investigate the manifestations of the multi-slice CT virtual intravascular endoscopy(MSCT-VIE)in the arteˉriosclerosis and its diagnostic value.Methods:40cases in normal group and24cases of arteriosclerosis in the arteriosclerosis group were performed volume scan with SIEMENS sensation4MSCT,Then the raw data were reconstructed with lowly kernel(kernel≤30f)and thin slice(slice≤3mm),and transmitted to CT3D workstation,All images were performed post process by computed tomography virtual endoscopy(CT-VE),multiplanar reconstructions(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP)and volume reconstruction technique(VRT)software,The manifestations of lesion vessel of MSCT-VIE were analyzed and recorded.Results:Among61cases,88lesions of29cases were calcification,28cases irregular inside wall and thicken of vessels;28cases blood vessel stenosis,56lesions of17cases watheromatous spot mass.Conclusion:The multi-slice CT virtual intravascular endoscopy can provide diagnostic information for the detecting arteriosclerosises and serve as a noninvasive supple mental method to other diagnostic methods.
