儿童孤独症的临床及危险因素分析

A Clinical Analysis and Dangerous Factors Study of Children Autism

目的:进行儿童孤独症临床分析,探讨围产期及发育期的危险因素。方法:按照CCMD-3儿童孤独症标准做诊断,采用儿童孤独症家长评定量表及克氏行为量表,收集2001年～2004年在四川大学华西医院心理卫生中心及华西医院第二医院儿保科就诊的儿童孤独症患儿108例。结果:家长虽较关注孩子语言、社交障碍,但患儿得到确诊的时间较晚。在其早期发育中存在较高比率的躯体疾病,且孤独症与妊娠期某些危险因素如父母的生育年龄、妊娠反应、腹部X射线及早期罹患躯体疾病相关。结论:加强儿童保健,减少围产期及发育期存在的一些危险因素,可能减少孤独症的发病。

Objective:Explore the risk factors in perinatal and developmental stages of autism through clinical analyze. Method: Between 2001 and 2004,a total of 108 outpatients from Mental Health center of Huaxi Hospital of Sichuan University and Children Health care Department of Huaxi second Hospital of Sichuan University by diagnostic tool of Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)and Clancy Autism Behavior Scale(CABs)with the diagnosis of with children autism based on CCMD-3 were recruited.Result:Although parents paid much attention to the abnormity of language and sociality of their children,the time of diagnosis of autism were often delayed.There was more rate of sicken about children body's.There was a positive correlation between risk factors of gestation and parturition such as parent's procreate age、pregnant reaction and exposure in X-ray in gestation and disease in infancy of children and autism.Conclusion:According to the results,it is critical to strengthen health protection in gestation and parturition and infancy of children,and to avoid risk factors so as to prevent the development of autism.
