栀子提取物(环烯醚萜总甙)对大鼠尾状核脑出血病理指标的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨栀子提取物(环烯醚萜总甙)对急性脑出血大鼠脑血肿等病理改变及神经学功能、血常规等的影响,为临床治疗脑出血新药的研究提供可靠的动物实验依据。方法:依据大鼠大脑立体定位图谱定位,将50μl自体血注入其尾状核,建立大鼠脑出血动物模型。通过管饲灌胃法给药并观察大鼠神经功能学变化、全血图检查、组织病理学检查、计算脑出血容积大小、小胶质细胞免疫组化计数。结果:栀子提取物组血肿容积大小明显减轻、神经细胞减少较轻,栀子提取物组血肿大小容积与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),阳性小胶质细胞数目较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:栀子提取物有效成份环烯醚萜总甙能显著减轻脑出血大鼠血肿大小、降低小胶质细胞的浸润及改善组织病理学变化等,对脑出血有一定改善作用。 Objective:To Observe the effects on intracerebral hemorrhage in human being,with new Chinese Medicines the study of effect of Zhizi's distillage on pathologic indexes after caudate nucleus hemorrhage induced in rats was also studlied.Methods:According to the stereotaxic coordinates,50μL autologus blood was infused into caudate nucleus to establish the disease animal model.Zhizi's distillage was infused into rats'stomach by a pipe,and the rats'behave was observed and graded.After rats killed,we observed these pathologic changes,calculated the dimension of hematoma,and took count of microglia by Immunohistochemical dying.Results:Compared to control group,edema relieved in rats with Zhizi's distillage used,meantime,nerve cell injured more lightly.The dimension of hematoma and amounts of microglia in rats with Zhizi's distillage used was less than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhizi's distillage could promote absorption of hematoma,relieve soakage of microglia,and improve pathologic changes,so that it could improve effects of intracerebral hemorrhage in rats.
