慢性鼻窦炎围手术期应用鼻渊舒口服液的随机对照研究

The Study of the Effect of Biyuanshu Oral Liquid during the Perioperative Period by Radomized Controlled Trial

目的:探讨围手术期应用鼻渊舒口服液治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究,将符合纳入标准的病例按随机数字表分成鼻渊舒组和对照组,鼻渊舒组在功能性鼻内窥镜术后给予喹诺酮类抗生素7天,辅舒良喷鼻两次/日,鼻渊舒口服液每次10ml,每日3次,连续用20天,对照组不用鼻渊舒口服液,其余处理同治疗组。记录术前病人及医生对病情的评估,病情计分,术后随访2个月,分别记录术后7天,14天,30天,60天病人的症状,鼻腔冲洗时术腔的情况,有无不良反应。统计分析用校准的χ2检验和确切概率法。结果:共纳入病例50例,鼻渊舒组26例,男21例,女5例,平均年龄39岁,对照组24例,女7例,平均年龄41岁。统计表明,研究者的疗效评价、病人对疗效的评价、根据治疗前后评分的变化计算症状缓解率、头痛、鼻阻、嗅觉减退的缓解,这几项指标鼻渊舒组与对照组均无统计学差异。脓鼻涕鼻渊舒组和对照组有统计学差异。结论:围手术期应用鼻渊舒口服液可减少脓鼻涕。在围手术期应用鼻渊舒口服液是安全的。

Objective:Discuss the effect of biyuanshu oral liquid in the treatment of chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyp during the perioperative period.Methods:The randomized controlled trial was adopted for study.Included cases were divided into biyuanshu group and control group according to randomized number table.Cases in biyuanshu group were treated with quinolone antibiotic for 7days and fushuliang spray for the nose twice a day.The biyuanshu oral liquid was given 10 ml each time and 3 times a day for successive 20 days after the functional endoscopic sinus surgery.Cases in the control group had the same treatment except without talcing biyuanshu oral liguid.Patients' condition were recorded and scored by doctor and patient himself before operation. Cases were followed up for 2 months after operation and patients' condition were recorded on 7th,14 th,30 th and 60 th day and the condition of the nasal cavity during irrigation and record whether there was any side effect were all recorded.The SPSS11.5 was used to do the statistics.Result:Fifty cases were included.In the biyuanshu group the average age of 26 patients was 39 years old with 21 males and 5 females and the average age of 24 patients was 41 years in the control group with 17 males and 7 females.Researcher' assessment、patients assessment、the result of relief rate of headache、blockage of nose、degenerative olfaction according to the score assessed before and after operation.There was no satistics difference between the two groups.Purulent nasal discharge had statistical difference between biyuanshu group and control group.Conclusion:Biyuanshu oral liguid could reduce purulent nasal disdiarge during perioperative period.Using biyuanshu oral lignid was safe.
